I’ve been attending Diana’s Pilates classes now for almost 5 years, going from in-person to online, as she adapted to the world situation. Diana is great at noticing each student’s needs and knows when to push us further and when it’s time to rest. I had an injury in my back a couple of years ago and her patience, understanding and advice really helped get me back into shape safely. 

I love her online classes that has attracted a loyal following of people of all ages and capabilities that train in harmony!

I can highly recommend both Pilates and Sculpt, I have seen my flexibility and strength improve hugely this past year while doing classes over Zoom.

Diana is an excellent trainer and knows how to inspire the class and keep us motivated, with a combination of great humour and great tunes 🙂

Diana is a lively,  encouraging trainer. She varies the routines  so that we don’t get bored and tailors her exercises to suit the super fit and the older less fit members, like myself. 


Despite being online she manages to create a feeling of warmth and intimacy amongst us. I always feel exhausted but stronger after the classes.

As a long distance runner I need exercise outside of running to build resilience in my legs, core and beyond to minimise injury. Diana's stretch classes have been the perfect aid to help me increase my flexibility and minimise injury, especially at a time of lockdown where my day to day movement had been considerably reduced.

Even though I’m a performer and used to stretching, Diana’s stretch class has noticeably improved my flexibility. She’s also given me some great stretches that I use before and after running, which have really helped my knee.

 

Diana is a great instructor with a great sense of humour and her classes are personal

 

and friendly. Highly recommended!​

Diana  is a trainer who combines everything you could want from a professional; she is warm, encouraging and challenging!

Always prepared to suggest modifications in recognition of specific injuries or conditions - e.g. old age. I really do not know how I would have survived this gruelling period of lockdown without Diana and her classes!
